PIERRE OTEIZA’S BLACK PUDDING TART

Delicious with drinks before dinner, or as a starter course.



Ingrédients : 
Pie crust
3 apples
400g of Pierre Oteiza Basque black pudding
Onion chutney
 
RECIPE
 
Spread a generous layer of onion chutney on the bottom of the pie crust.
Peel and slice the apples, then place them on top of the onion chutney.
Place a layer of sliced black pudding on top of the apples.
Cook in the oven at 175/200°C for 30 min.
