Guided tour & food tasting

Les Crayères des Montquartiers invites you to come discover its majestic spaces and the fascinating history of these former chalk quarries dug at the beginning of the 19th century. Our lecturers will share a wealth of historical anecdotes as they take you on a guided tour through a labyrinth of vaulted stone arcades. 

After the tour, guests can relax and enjoy refreshment in the form of authentic regional foods at the Basque Tavern, and an opportunity to purchase some gourmet souvenirs at the Basque delicatessen.

And if you’re feeling thirsty, our sommelier will be happy to lead you on a wine-tasting tour, Les Crayères des Montquartiers specialty.
